Civil Services Examination 2013 Notification Released by UPSC

Finally today, UPSC has released the Notification for Civil Services 2013 Examination. As already anticipated by Civil Services aspirants, and the Alagh Committee, UPSC has changed the Civil Services Mains Examination Pattern. Please, Note that Civil Services Pre Examination Syllabus had already been changed since year 2011. This year 2013 is written in history in the UPSC Civil Services Examination for introducing new patterns of Mains.
Important Points:

• Now, Only single optional will be there. 
• Aspirants can't take literature subject as a optional unless there literature in their graduation.
• The interview marks has been reduced.
• There is no Hindi Medium in the examination. 
• The Last date of filling the forms is 04 April 2013.
• The approx. no. of vacancies are about 1000.
